Nothing set yet. Want to do it mostly on a weekend. I am free pretty much completely from May through September except for some of the holiday weekends so I'm flexible.

I've had this on the back burner for 2-3 years and want to finally make it happen. What's your preference?

I would like to make it a spring ascent so maybe in April? Ideally, we would go when there is firm snow and maybe some good ice to avoid the loose rock crap. My summer is currently way up in the air...I could be living out of my car again being a climbing gypsy or I might have a job. Does April sound good or would May be better? I have tentative plans to be in Colorado again for a couple weeks in May but I could still probably fit it in.

I have some plans in April. Definitely cannot go the 13th or 20th and there is some chance the last weekend too. So May works better, especially if I end up gone that last weekend in April.

I would love to join you guys if you go in April or May! Might be able to recruit a few more people too for the carpool. Jefferson is supposed to be a pretty peak!

May is much better for access. April would likely require substantial added distance. Though obviously all depends on the snow pack, and not as critical if you will be on skis/splitboards.

I favor May for more reliable weather too... aside from the fact I'm gone in April.

Route probably depends on who all we have.

Mount Jefferson is of definite interest of mine. I have been eyeing this summit for years. If you do decide on May I might be game.

Seems like it could be quite a social gathering? Maybe we should invite other SPers from other states too? :) Make it an interstate SP meet. Josh Lewis are you in or what? Anyone else?

Would it be Friday-Sun or what?

Seems like White Water glacier has the best views supposedly, and you can see both sides of the peak.

Well that depends. Some roads don't allow you to ride bikes on which would make the traveling there eve more difficult. Or I could cheat and get a ride in the Lemke mobile. 8)
In other words, yeah. I'm in.

Oh C'mon Chad, your cramping my style. (I couldn't resist saying that) I'm known for biking to the mountains on a bicycle in my younger days. Most of the time those trips became epic and stirred up a lot of folks in the mountaineering community. I have lots of fun stories I plan on posting here on SP. Unfortunately I been too busy these days with homework and such. :? I once heard a Harley Davidson toy say "Ride to live, live to ride". 8)
