Helicopter Rescue on Skyline Trail

Three hikers were rescued with severe dehydration. They left Palm Springs at about 1.30 pm with temperatures near 100 degrees F

They should have to pay the costs for their own rescue, just for being so stupid and/or ill-prepared!

Between stories like these, and the media overload on non-stories like the Boston thing (try living in a myriad of other countries)...I think I might jerk the wheel into a bridge abutment on the way home from work today.
