What are the morning low temps at the ~10k trailheads around Mammoth Lakes & Bishop this time of year? Upper 30s?

When I left North Lake last Saturday at 7 AM it was 50+. I was comfortable in a short sleeve shirt and running shorts.

If the mosquitoes had their way, they'd eat me alive during this time of the year. What's your secret ?

I haven't seen any mosquitoes in the Sierra recently.

I wasn't bothered by any, either. No secrets except I didn't linger in any boggy areas and kept moving right along. If they are around they find me right away.
