That is fantastic!

I'll subtly let my wife know about this book, seeing that the holidays are bearing down on us...

Congratulations! It looks like a tremendous book.

Looks great.

Do we have a forum thread for books by SPers? We should, though I know it risks running afoul of the "no commercial posts" rule.

Have yet to read the book but imagine a phenomenal amount of work was invested. Well done.

Though I haven't read his book yet, I sure enjoyed Damien's article in Alpinist!

I was very impressed by the article Damien wrote for Alpinist, and thoroughly enjoy reading his book (I must have been a good boy since I got it for Christmas!).

The history and photos make for enjoyable reading, and the overall scope of the book is truly amazing. This is a "must have" for anyone who climbs and is remotely interested in the mountains of the Antarctic. What a great introduction to a new frontier that few of us are fortunate enough to visit.

Woodie
