A day of BCT (Basic Combat Training) in the Army wouldn't look that much different.

Check this out.

The course starts with a 1 mile run around the lake, then a 2 mile Kayak / Canoe followed by the 100 yard portage, you must carry your canoe/kayak 100 yards. Next is the 11 mile mountain bike ride. After the ride your will all compte in the 10 special challenges, which includes balancing, wall climbs, archery, mental challenges, rope climbs and more. A 3 mile run finishes the race.
