So many amazing routes so little time. I'm looking for partners to tick off some ultra classics routes this summer in Tuolumne meadows and the high Sierra. I have a few down already and wouldn’t mind repeats as well (Cathedral etc).
I lead .8, can follow higher. Not a fan of wide stuff. I have all the gear to aid (literally) so no problem there, plus a pair of 8mil double ropes for alpine. I have plenty of back country travel experience as well.
My list generally consists of classic moderates. Such as:
Whitney - East Face & Buttress .7
Charlotte Dome - South Face .8
Temple Crag - Venusian Blind .7 & Moon Goddess Arete .8
Mt. Humphreys - East Arete .5
Matthes Crest .7
Mt. Conness - West Ridge .6
Matterhorn Peak - North Arete .7
... and so many more!
My summer availability is usually MIDDLE weeks off (Tuesday - Thursday). However, give me a shout and I might be able to switch things around to make a weekend trip happen.
