| Went with my two bro-in-laws for a week of Zion slot canyons. Pine Creek was the first one we did. It was my first technical slot canyon. The pools were deep. It was fun for the most part. My fear of heights over came me on the last rappell. Took me a good hour to convience myself it was safe. Looking back at it now, it was an amazing experience. I wouldn't recommended Pine Creek to anyone that has a fear of heights as your first one to do, but it is a great half day slot canyon. | |

| Great half day route. Did it once in late April when it was flowing with lots of water. Very nice! | |

| This is one of my favorite quick canyons in the park. Watch out for the "rat piles" in the pools and you'll be alright. | |

| Twice during this trip. One before and one after a flash flood. That does make a difference. Very nice rap at the end With Josh Huffman With Steve Ramras, Dave Pitney, Josh Huffman, Frank (?), Vlad, and 2 others. | |

| Based on the route descriptions, I was expecting to see throngs of people in this slot. However, I seemed to have the whole canyon to myself. I took my time and didn't see anyone. Beautiful slot, and the Great Cathedral rappel was fantastic. Though perhaps the most interesting part of the day was staggering up exit in a wetsuit to a stopped bus full of European tourists taking my picture. Sweet. | |

| I have been there with 6 othere members from LV Rock climbing meetup group. This was my first canyoneering and didn't have wet suits. Water was cold even in the middle of summer. I was keep shivering in the entire canyon until bottom of 100 ft rappel. This canyon is not very long and can finish in few hous. Check my photo album | |

| With Rick Kent. The pools were full, so everyone recommended wearing a wetsuit. But I went with just shorts, shoes, harness, and helmet, and that worked great. It was an awesome summer romp. We started at 14:00 and finished in enough time to dive through Keyhole Canyon before sunset. | |

| This is a great canyon. My wife and I took a friend who had never been down a canyon or even rappelling!!! He had a great time and luckily there wasn't much water. One i would love to do again. | |

| Combined with Ashtar Tower for a relaxed day at Zion. With Joe A., Adam and Joanna....met Joe French at the parking lot going in when we were leaving....Zach told me he and Joe F. set the record for this canyon...now Joe F tells me he set the solo record....he jumped vs rapped, no rope...less than 30 minutes...maniac I say...can skirt the last huge rap to the left he says, please do not jump that one! So a Monday, not a holiday...still ran into Courtney, Zach, Joe F, another partner of Joe A''s along with several other folks we knew who were kayaking the Virgin that day...unreal for a Monday I thought. Life is good. | |
