Pine Mountain

Pine Mountain is a very long ridge seen here at Jellico Tennessee near the Kentucky line. The south bound traveler on I-75 will climb this on the way to the Devils Racetrack. The elevation of Pine Mountain here is about 2200 ft. and the road is at 950 feet. One travels south about 25 miles along Pine Mountain until it is called Fork Mountain. At the south end of Fork Mountain is Cumberland Mountain. Their intersection is at the Devils Racetrack. For the southboound traveler Pine Mountain will be on the west side (right) and the Devils Racetrack will be on the east side.
