The weather in the Alps during the summer of 2014 was not very reliable, so when the forecast predicted a sunny day, I made sure I was ready for it.
From the Sesvenna Hütte I went up along the normal route, but for the descent I took the (marked) route to the Avigna valley to the south. As there are no mountain refuges in that area, I camped around 2200 m, not far below the the S-charljoch.
"So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life."
