A precious jewel
In my opinion, this is the most remote-feeling part of the Santa Monicas - and it's definitely the least fragmented. What a joy it is to hike here... probably what the rest of the range must have felt like years ago.

Beautiful views and flowers!
Hiked up to Mugu Peak on February 14, 2010 - admired the views to the sea and early spring wildflowers :)
