I would have never found it if I hadn't been looking for the highest point on the Lists of John website. If you look at:

you'll see it's on the little finger of land that juts out west near the southern end.
Polecats - I sure didn't know and I had meant to look that up but forgot. All of the definitions that I can find say that it's either a weasel or a skunk - which do you think it is in this case?
