Pondering solitude
My brother looking out across the sea of clouds at Camp Muir, April 2009. We had the whole thing to ourselves for several hours. It was so peacefull and almost religeous. Unfortunately the winds kicked up overnight and thwarted our summit attempt at about 11,700 the next day.
