the photo...presents one of my favourite corners in Tatras, Sniezna Galeria terrace looks just brilliant here
I followed your tracks to Litovorovy in June Ivona, but as hard snowfields below Polsky Hreben slowed me down and it was definietely too late then I had to retreat, so next time. Hopefully on skis from Velicka to the pass below the summit. How difficult would you estimate the colouir falling from Litvorova pass to upper part of Kacacia valley in some snow ? I've passed it many times, but never tried.

Re: the photo...Ohh the snow was terrible that time,melted and wet,so I know what you felt;) probably the same us me when I was climbing down from Polsky Hreben..neverending story;)It could be perfect with ski indeed;)I envy you ski touring in Tatra.All Litvorovy couloir was with deep snow and a little steep at the upper part.I don't know how it looks in summer time,but it is a little exausting and long.The most difficult for me were Gerlachovske Spady with wet rocks.
