Portuguese Peak - Road conditions

Severe weather in August had wiped out a lot of the roads in the backcountry and this was an example of what we had to deal with. Undriveable as the road was gone in this section, we went left through the sagebrush, making sure to avoid big rocks and brush that would create problems, we found a way through to the next section of the roadway. 9-14-13
