ledge right of P1 "smear"?

There's a climber standing on that ledge. I can see a dihedral (I guess with a crack at the back) leading to the ledge, but nothing except a damp streak leading up from the ledge. Did he rap from there, or dry-tool a really tiny crack I can't see?

Anothe route

The climber is climbing another route I think that one is the Italian Traverse (Do not quote me on this)I think is reated 5.10
I remember taking the picture from the road..
