Pride of the Northeast, Mt. Washington

Mt. Washington, at 6288 ft., is the highest peak in the northeast. Many people will complain that the mountain has too much traffic on the summit during the warm months, with the auto road, and the cog railway, but I feel the mountain is a beautiful mountain to look at. It stands out, and can be seen from so many mountains all over NH. This photo shows a view from Middle Carter.
