I second Tim: a nice page. For the mountain conditions just have a look at other mountains in the Aosta valley there are quite a number with links to weather sites (take my Ciarforon or Pointe de DrĂ´ne pages for example.
As told, is not correct talk about "rule". Consider them emergency situations. The word camping can create some misunderstanding. If you decide to camp all nights you spend in PNGP, and fade away with your tend before the dawn, I think that Guards will be not so tolerant ... and they have eyes everywhere.
Free camping is strictly forbidden in all Val d'Aosta. You could have problems even if landlord agree with you!
I'll look for Regional Laws about this contest, to be more precise.
Maybe you should move a part of the "getting there" section to a different section, e.g. "normal route to summit". Usually the getting there section is about getting to the base of the mountain. But this is only detail....
