No it's a Mojave Desert and a low elevation. It's a nice change of scenery if we are tired of snow. The snow is just about an hour drive from this area in The Spring Mountains

Such interesting and varied terrain in Nevada. We've had snow on the ground since November and I am tired of it. It's nice when the snow can stay on the mountains and you always know where to go to find it :)

Exactly ;) I can still grow flowers in our garden now and at the same time I can go play in snow. Nothing can beat that.
Greetings, Anya.
