Red Cave - East Zion

Red Cave is simply spectacular. It's one of those canyons that changes so fast, which means it gets a lot of flash flooding. One day I will go and there is sand up to the rocks and its an easy hop, the next all the sand is washed out and its a bouldering challenge. The photo ops in this canyon are many. Great lighting, great walls, some water, but not too much and there are 2 completely different sections.

I might be prejudice since it's right in my back yard, but it's a beauty and without a doubt on the top of my favorite slot canyon list!
