Good job!!

A complete work on the place... I have to get there some day or other, Mulhacén keeps going higher on my targets list!
O dicho de otro modo: buen trabajo, de verdad. Hace que mis ganas de subir al Mulhacén aumenten más y más

Poquera

One thing is missing in the description: Good food and relaxed and friendly service.
It's almost an hotel.

One correction: The last time i've been there (2007) the refuge wasn't renting any more material. Better to check first by phone and if necessery rent it in Granada.

one recomendation:
Just try to avoid the busiest time's of the year if you prefer a more calm atmosphere. in spring and long weekends (hollidays), can become very busy.

One Link: http://www.nevasport.com/sierranevada/montana/
In spanish. All you need to know about Sierra nevada. Plenty information about guarded an non guarded refuges. Some informtion needs to be updated.

have fun and enjoy
Miguel

Re: Poquera

Miguel, That's correct. They don't rent anymore any material. The recomendations are good. Also thanks for the tip of Nevasport forum, one of the best forums for Sierra Nevada.
