How did you get it to pose?
They are stately birds aren't they?
Nice soft colors - would be great décor for a wall!

This was a luck shot. Dungeness Spit is a 3 or 4 mile ribbon of rock and driftwood, and as I came back, what I thought was a thick 'branch' of a dead tree became more defined. When I thought I discerned a white head, I zoomed my camera to the furthest extent possible.
