Road 444 and Gospel Peak

The small line of road 444 can be seen cutting across the summmits in this photo. This road is in a non-wilderness stringer within the Gospel Hump Wilderenss. It continues off the photo the the right where a spur cuts back west toward Slate Lakes and the trailhead to access much of the western portion of the wilderness. The mountain in the upper center is Gospel Peak. Photo was taken from the top of unnamed Peak 7,953. July 2007
