| Date is approximate, but year is correct. I was having problems breathing because I had cracked or separated a rib the week prior. Rode all the way to the parking lot, but didn't walk the last 5 minutes. | |

| Rode from Echo Lake, and on July 4 2009 I attempted it from Lakewood (100 miles RT and about 9,000' in elevation gain) but turned back just above treeline. | |
