Rombon from the SW

More than 1750m high rises the summit of Rombon above Bovec and the valley of Soca river. Here, it is seen from the SW, from the road into Ucja/Uccea valley. The normal ascent goes left of the snowy bump Cuklja (just in front of the main summit) and then through a ravine from the left side up on the summit ridge. February, 2006.

what's the peak ?

on the right behind ? Jerebica ? I have many pics with "him" (my Bovec panoramas mostly) on it but I can't figure out who is it.

	Hasn't voted	No, it's not Jerebica. It's the first summit in the long range of Loška stena, called Vrh Krnice. A remote area and rarely ascended. A few hunters paths below and a pathless area above, I think. Cheers! Vid

	Hasn't voted	Well, anyone can post any summit. Regarding myself, yes I would post it, but I haven't climbed it yet. This region is a bit remote to us. One can get faster to Grossglockner than to our Bovec. Cheers, Vid

	Voted 10/10	True, as far as I remember the Bovec Valley is quite tricky to reach by car from Kranj.. "Loska Stena Area is recently really getting some insights" => where ? (for my curiosity...)
