Route to Toiyabe Dome

After climbing up the 2100 feet from Jett Canyon via the southwest ridge we used, you hit the main ridgeline at 10,100 feet. From that spot, you have this view of the route you will need to take. It has lots of ups and downs not shown here but the arrows point the way. The yellow arrow indicates where Toiyabe Dome is in relation to your current position. The GPS indicated that it was 2.75 miles away so we knew we still had well over three plus miles to get to the summit as required by the terrain. 10-15-14
