Roys Peak with Lake Wanaka
Roys Peak (1578m) towers 1300m above the very blue lake Wanaka. This photo is taken on a summer morning in december, from the town Wanaka. In the background on the right you can see the snowcapped mountains of Mt. Aspiring national park. From the summit of Roys Peak you'll also have a good view of Mt. Aspiring itself.
