San Joaquin Valley

I know this looks similar to a picture from Mount Pinos. But notice the bent and folded layers of rock in the hill in the forground. this is the result of tectonic activity from The San Andreas Fault which runs along the base of Sawmill Mountain and Mount Pinos. April 13, 2007
