| A great return to this fine area. Also did Inspiration Point, nearby class 3 spire, and Boney Mountain. I would suggest if ever in this area to do Exchange Peak along with Sandstone, a great combo, about7 miles rt. | |

| Pretty good trail run with good vert. A hidden gem right outside LA. Can get hot in the summer, but is perfect in the spring when the hills are still green. | |

| Pleasant hike on a beautifully clear day after a storm. The smoke from the fires finally cleared and we enjoyed the views of the Channel Islands and the snow covered San Gabriels. | |

| Nice run after work. It's a short (1.5 miles from the trailhead to the summit) but somewhat steep run (1081 feet gain in 1.5 miles). I also ran to Inspiration Point and Exchange Peak (2950') which are nearby. Then, I ran back from Exchange Peak to my car. | |
