Not quite - The Sella Group is famous for its ring ledge, which surrounds the whole group. From there it's another 500+m to the summit plateau on top, all perfectly visible from below. The summits are all on the outside of the plateau so that they are plainly visible.
But: the valley up front is very narrow and you can only look up to the summits though Val di Mesdi, the deep cut, which runs down from the plateau towards the bottom left corner of the pic.
