Shrimp Russula

Shrimp Russula (Russula xerampelina) mushroom has a very distinct odor, which is strongly reminiscent of shrimp or fish. It is edible and very common in the forests of the Low Beskid. It grows from August through November in both coniferous and deciduous forests. The color of mushroom depends on under which tree it grows.
