Re: in whichwhy not ? :)
Some Spaniards I've met there asked me the same question ...
By the way I always loved that atmosphere of province, you're able to find more truth about the country you visit there. Cities are everywhere in Europe nowadays much the same... and the mountains of course, I think I shouldn't explain that :)

Re: in whichyes, true, but you haven't replied my question :) (or is the answer simply a low-cost line from Dublin ?)

Re: in whichWhen one's in such shortage of free time as I am now due to my everyday duties here it's all about good plan when you still want to travel. Most prerequisites were in favour of visiting that very heart of Spain for the first time ever there and when adding some luck... everything though a bit crazy went just brilliant! Pyrenees ? With greatest pleasure but not for 3 days...as it was there :) sooner or later.
Since Ryanair is Irish company I enjoy quite wide choice of low-cost flights from here to almost all possible European destinations.

Re: in whichSure, and Gredos as far as i know is also quite close to Madrid and airports. Pyrenees unfortunately are much more remote to reach from a "logistic" point of view, and as you say probably not worth for only 3 days...
