Did this as part of the four lakes loop coming from swift creek. Intense day coming from swift creek to four lakes and back, but easy summit and well worth the short climb to the peak.
Hiked with Faith from saddle between Summit & Diamond Lakes. Moderately short, class 2+ was enjoyable. Had the summit to ourselves. Incredible views, solitude quite nice, & a very enjoyable outing. For those considering this outing, it is uncomfortably hot here in the summer (swimming in any of the surrounding lakes offers a great respite!).
