Silly Bear
This little 2 year old black bear was gorging on White Bark Pine cones. He was going from tree to tree, and created quite a bear jam on Dunraven Pass, Yellowstone National Park, 8/19/07

He was going from tree to tree, and went up and down in expert style, never even slipped.
He was a smaller bear, so I dont think he was stressing the tree much.
Thanks for the comment, and the vote! :)
Edit to say that I watched a sow grizzly and her 2 cubs on the slope directly behind this tree in June of 07, that was really something, my pictures did not come out very well though.
Cheers;
