The TR is still missing a few touches, but I've been sitting on it for a while and wanted to get something out in time for the next climbing season. I had a hard time explaining the camera setup, so I hope to get a photo of it on Shasta this weekend and add that in; check back next week if you'd like to see it in action.
Thanks for the amazing post! The pictures are incredible!
I know you tired to describe the camera setup, but I was wondering if you had a picture of it? I have been trying to experiment with the best way with carry by DSLR while out on adventures.
As long as you have good weather, they're sort of hard to goof up in a place like that. I've discovered that long, expedition-style trips aren't really my thing, so I'm not going back anytime soon, but I'm definitely glad to have seen that part of Alaska at least once.
Thank you for posting your very informative and enjoyable TR. I spent the day on and off reading it as if it were a short story with killer photos. Very well written and told. - Mike
Worth the two hours I spent reading and taking notes. Thanks for all the effort you put into it. Nice pics. Can't wait to give it a try in 2 months. Cheers!
Although I lost a lot of work time reading this, it was well worth it! Appreciate the great story and pics from your trip. Just makes me want to get up there someday. Thanks for the posting!

Sitting in......stunned silence. Wow, what a report. You have like two dozen shots here worthy of POTW. Great job (writing, pics, design, everything)...
Cheers, I'm gonna go back now and look at it again!

Great TR!!A really fabulous TR. A lot of the problems shared by other climbs. I.E. the camera problem.

Awesome reading.....Reminds us all that even the "easy" way up Denali is not something that just anyone can accomplish...
