Re: moreI still wouldn't call myself "an expert" on these mountain areas, but maybe one day!
To make things clear, I still follow one unwritten rule that I was told and accepted coming here on SP in 2005 that one present only mountains that already climbed and know the area very well and therefore is entitled to give sensible advice to other hikers interested in the topic.

Re: moreI fully agree, but if one is open minded enough (like Borut for example) to give ed rights to anyone, there is no inconvenient in starting a page that can be enriched by others ! And Tomek, you're perhaps the most Irish SPer !

Re: moreWhat I mentioned above is just simple Summitpost principle I personally subscribe to and what makes the vision of the site I always enjoyed a lot and wish not to turn that into another anonymous, worse or better re-written guidebook. That's my own point of view and I've never intended to incite anybody to share it.
I believe there are only open minded people on Summitpost! :)

Re: moreSure, I also share this vision, despite the "ownership mentality" tends from time to time to harm the content quality (see for example Swinica or pages Yatsek mentioned). During some of my early photo-posting you offered me spontaneously to modify Starorobocianski and that's the vision of SP I share too. So I believe that if you start a "stub" of Wicklow or Mourne area perhaps few folks will want to to along !
