South Arete Route SEWS

[ Sizes: Orig | Small | Thumb ]
South Arete Route SEWS
A climber descending the slab pictch of the South Arete Route on South Early Winters Spire in a snow squall. The steep snow on the left is the SW Couloir.

The route goes from here up the blocky ridge in the background to the top of the point on the right. From there one descends across the top of the SW Couloir then climbs up to the summit, which is on the left.
