| Hiked up the trail from the south. Also hiked this mountain twice in the 1980s. | |

| Much snow was encountered up high, but firm enough to cruise up without snow shoes. Memory tells me that much of the trail up high is on the east side of the ridge. Certainly was the first one up for the season. June 27, 2004. Second trip to check it out without the snow. Heavy use is accurate as I encountered a group of 4/5 motorcyclists on the summit. | |
