Steinerne Rinne
or rocky gully, as it may be translated, is the very sharp insection between Predigtstuhl ("preaching chair", left) and Fleischbank ("butcher's stall", right) and constitutes the northern side of a pass called Ellmauer Tor (1980m), which intersects midway the Kaiser chain. The walls on both sides are approx. 400m high.
