Sugarloaf Northeast Face Descent

Sugarloaf Northeast Face Descent

This old photo shows the northeast face of Sugarloaf. This is the common descent route from Sugarloaf, using two rappels. There is also an old aid route that goes directly up this face. The photographer is unknown (at least by me), but it was originally published in R.L. Ingraham's guide, "A Climbing Guide to the Organ Mountains" sometime in the 1960's.
