Cetina canyon in Omis, on right side is fortress from 13-th century Peovica (Mirabela) which was used as a watchtower from citizens of ancient Omis could observe coming of the enemies, and organize defence of the town. Omis in those days was the base of the notorious pirates whish use river Cetina canyon as a hideout from their enemies.
