Interestingly the water district looked up my address from my license plate of my truck parked nearby, and sent me a letter reminding me that this area is off limits and that they'll prosecute if they catch someone...
Hmmmm...well, luckily I didn't drive up there, but for what I know, all the people I went with got the same notice in the mail. I guess you just have to bring a different car next time or ride a bike up there
