Nope...

and it's not a T-shirt, hehehe... it's a red handkerchief we wear around the neck in the San Fermin festival (yearly, 7th July). The shield is that of our mountain group (Grupo de Montaña Irrintzi). You're right in one thing, though: "Irrintzi" IS a basque word :)
