Sunrise Over Mount Baker

The glaciers on the east side of Mount Baker (10,778 ft.) catch the first rays of a new day. The small dark fin of rock below Baker is the Coleman Pinnacle (6,414 ft.), an easy scramble that yields impressive views of its own. This image was shot in early October 2008 from the trail leading up to Table Mountain.
