Sunrise over the Lions...

On May 14th, 2010, I backpacked up to the top of Mount Strachan (1,459 m.), the highest summit of the Cypress Mountain downhill ski area, which overlooks Vancouver. The next morning, I shot this image about 20 minutes before the Sun rose. West (1,654 m.) and East Lion (1,606 m.) dominate nearby on the left, while Mount Garibaldi (2,675 m.) and Sky Pilot (2,031 m.) occupy the background.
