Looking down to the Table de Roc with some climbers on it from the South Summit of Aiguille du Tour (3.542 m). Deep down is the Glacier du Tour.

No, we came from the east-flank and the NE-ridge to the summit, which is slightly easier (app. UIAA I and II; the SW-ridge is partly UIAA III).
The atmosphere was really nice, a mixture of sunny and cloudy conditions - fortunatlely the clouds opened a window while we were on the summit and offered a nice view to Aiguille Verte and Mont Blanc for a few moments.
