Wanted a great view but an easy day out. Well, this must be the best seat in the house for the money!! A lot easier than Mt. Rundle I did 3 days earlier. Largely a hike with good scree near the top; the slope to the summit is longer than it seems though. I had clear skies and took a LOT of pictures. The panorama is simply outstanding!! I wore pretty much one layer all day; even on the summit it took a while before I put on my fleece.

Lazy day out, something for the family and dog. The views are why you do this one, but good luck finding a totally clear day. If you are a photographer, go in the morning hours. My optional descent can be fast and furious. Kane gives this 4-7 hours in the book. Even with my non-climbing crew (wife and dog), we did it in 4:20. Cheers!
"So I was sitting in my cubicle today, and I realized, ever since I started working, every single day of my life has been worse than the day before it. So that means that every single day that you see me, that's on the worst day of my life."
