Great summit, lousy approach
Topped out on this one with my ten-year-old son - surprised to find there's an SP page for it. We camped at the upper lake in the basin, which clearly does not see heavy use. Had a great day of easy rambling around the cirque and up to this ridge. The real crux is getting from Little Rock Creek Lake to the upper basin. Lower down there a visible path with fairly good cairns that can be followed quite a ways once you're on it, but we lost it higher up and couldn't find the upper reaches on the return either. The terrain wasn't terrible but did get frustrating without the path. But man, the upper basin of this canyon is a spectacular place!
