Telescope from Sentinel Peak
Telescope Peak as viewed from Sentinel, 9634'. Panamint Pass is out of the picture, to the right. If you are planning on traversing from Sentinel to Telescope, be aware that the route is not easy; there are probably 5 false peaks, and the ridge crest is much rougher than the ridge between Porter and Sentinel. This is not a pretty picture, which is fitting, because it isn't pretty terrain.
