Is it Bruggers Variation the gully tucked in to the right of this? Do I have the location right? Went to do the Main Gully again last winter and went into the wrong cirque and ended up at the top of a gully (it was a whiteout, and avalanchy), I think just to the right of Newman Foweraker.

Yeah, that's Brugger's on the right of the picture at the top of the slope. Bruggers isn't very long, from the bottom of the first cirque I'd say only about 30 to 45 mins to top out Bruggers. My first attempt at N-F route I went up Bruggers to scout descent options and couldn't find the "shallow gully" leading to the Judge's Route as the whole side was pretty unstable.

I foudn the same thing. We climbed it by accident one day, in a whiteout. Got to the top and couldn't find a safe way around. The rock was really wind scoured. Would like to figure it out though, as it is a good descent option. I would lvoe to do Newman-Fowerakers sometiem. Your picture and page of it look really good. Got to get my ice skills up though!
