Re: Great Trip Report

Thanks, glad you enjoyed reading this. The page formatting was actually harder than the main text of the report.

Re: I loved your post!

Thanks DK, agreed I was surprised as well. I guess they don't get as much snow down there as the North Cascades.

BADASS

Looks like a sick trip dude! Let me know when your down south again! I was thinking about doing the mtneers route but the lack of snow made me think otherwise, it still looked awesome though!

Re: BADASS

Thanks Alex, I'll keep you in mind for my next visit to the South. There is still a lot of the country I have not explored including Arizona.

great read

Such a rad trip report. I was wondering about the story behind Gimp's illumination rock photo when it was photo of the week. Keep up the good work.

Re: great read

Thanks, there is a story behind every photograph. What was even more impressive was the sunset on our way down with how the winds blew and the alpenglow. Non of us could capture it as it actually was because of the gusts of wind.

I hope to one day. How about a Borah, Granite, Grand Teton style trip in 2013.

Re: Nice TR

Thanks Redwic, it was definitely my toughest trip report to type. I admit I think I felt a little numb by the time I was done. ;-)
